Then, the children use items from their playroom and Barney's magical bag to create a robot. Later, Tina looks up at the sky and claims she sees an extraordinary rain cloud, one that pours down lemon drops and gumdrops. Barney leads the children in a song about a king who had three fiddle players, three trumpet players, and three drum players.

At the start of the program, Min is dressed up as the queen of make-believe and Barney is pretending to be her king. In this program, Barney teaches his young friends about using their imagination. It is now the first race on the opening day.
